Inter San Diego proudly announces a groundbreaking Global Football Development partnership with First Division club FC Dordrecht. Commencing in September 2022, the partnership involves collaboration with one of the world’s top football clubs, adopting Tottenham’s acclaimed training methods from their Academy to enhance our Academy players’ skills.
FC Dordrecht’s coaches will conduct educational workshops in The Netherlands and invite Inter San Diego staff for quarterly visits to their advanced London training facilities. Additionally, Inter San Diego players will benefit from two developmental visits at FC Dordrecht, featuring intensive training, matches against select Academy teams, and insights from various Club guest speakers.

Gaining insights from FC Dordrecht ’s Global Football Development coaches will significantly enhance our player performance and contribute to Inter San Diego’s growth. What’s Involved in Our Partnership?
Our partnership with FC Dordrecht brings direct access to world-class coaching and development. Staff benefit from hands-on workshops led by FC Dordrecht Academy coaches in The Netherlands, while players take part in elite training sessions delivered by FC Dordrecht’s Global Football Development team. The experience is elevated through residential tours in the country, featuring high-intensity training, matches, and guest speakers like Gerald Vanenburg and Seedorf —giving our Academy unmatched insight into top-tier football.
